If you’re like me, you bought into the message the world sells: that in order to have value as I woman, I need to do it all and have it all, looking perfect along the way.
Over time, the pressure of that message turned me into a rigid perfectionist who preferred observing life from inside my comfort zone to actually experiencing it.
Well I’m tired of the cultural message and I’m tired of perfectionism smothering my spirit. I want to be brave, not perfect. It’s a process.
This is my journey.
